Programming (the making of the site) I consult with you what kind of site you need - Dynamic HTML, Flash animated or static HTML. Make a working sample and put it on the web for you to test it. When you are pleased with the result not very long after that the site will be ready to be upload on its own address.
Popularize and update Registration in the search engines. For better results every site must be popularize and update periodically with new information.
